I have a scheme with my team where we have a “90-10 rule,” where 90 percent of our time is booked to development and 10 percent of the time, i.e., half a day per week, is for back burner projects, for people to investigate things that are of interest to them, and quite often, from those kinds of ideas, new products and services and solutions grow.</p>
